Shipping Policy
- Manly Furniture provides delivery in Lahore.
- Delivery charges vary by district and may include diesel/transportation charges.
- After placing an order, our team will contact you to confirm delivery date and time.
- Delivery timelines depend on product availability and location.
- Customers must ensure the delivery address and contact number are accurate.
- Customers must inspect the product at the time of delivery.
Payment Policy
1. Advance Payment
- 30% advance payment is required to start the order.
- Once the product is ready, a photo will be shared.
- The remaining 70% payment must be completed before delivery.
2. Delivery Conditions
- If delivery involves climbing to the first floor without a lift, additional charges may apply.
- Delivery will be done only after full payment.
- Customers must remind us one week before the planned delivery date.
3. Price & Material Changes
- If raw material prices increase within 1 month, the product price may change accordingly.
- Sofa fabric color may slightly vary from photos due to lighting differences.
- (If you need an exact color, please visit the studio and select directly.)
4. Pricing Rules
- Prices mentioned are factory prices — no discount available.
- Prices given earlier at the shop may not be valid later.
5. Warranty Terms
- Remaining balance, even as small as ₹100, must be fully paid to claim warranty.

No warranty for:
- Rexene or art leather
- Polish finish
6. Additional charges
- Additional charges may apply for:
- Upper-floor delivery without lift access
- Difficult access areas
- Re-delivery due to customer unavailability
Refund Policy
- Manly Furniture follows a strict No Return Policy.
- Products once delivered cannot be returned for any reason other than physical damage during delivery.
- Damaged or defective products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.
- After verification, we may provide:
- Repair, or
- Replacement (only if repair is not possible)
- Refunds are processed only if we are unable to repair or replace the product.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5–7 working days depending on the bank.
- Custom-made products are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
